Mr. Pushkaraj Kushe

Being a dedicated professional with more than 25 years of experience in Redevelopment Projects (Mhada, Collector, Private land), he has also led several Self Redevelopment projects as well as solved several land disputes, using his expertise and skills.

Mr. Kushe has completed the redevelopment of several MHADA projects involving over 2,000 tenants. He was also actively involved in redevelopment of areas with over 3,000 huts and clearing Land accusations at Maval Taluka for an SEZ project spread over an expanse of nearly 2,500 acres. These are only a few among the several laurels he has earned.

Another of his successful projects involved clearing land accusations at Sindhudurg district’s Vijaydurg Taluka, spread over 1,000+ acres. He also played a crucial role (PMC) in completing two redevelopment projects in Andheri West, which had been in the pipeline for almost a decade. These two societies were initially considered separately for redevelopment until Mr. Kushe wisely suggested that the redevelopment projects should be integrated. As a result, a well-known developer took on the project, demonstrating Mr. Kushe’s exceptional leadership abilities once more.

Mr. Chandrashekhar Palan

Mr. Chandrashekhar Palan has worked as a banker for more than 17 years, providing various customers with loans and financial planning services. He has a deep and comprehensive understanding of the finance industry accounting to his vast experience.

Mr. Palan has helped more than 3,000 clients obtain mortgage loans, home loans, and other financial assistance by identifying their financial needs and objectives and connecting them with the appropriate banks. Evaluating loan applications, assisting clients in making timely financial decisions, and assisting them with the entire loan process to facilitate the purchase of their dream homes were some of his other primary responsibilities as a banker.
